For 85 years, Ontario Pioneer Camp has provided over 250,000 campers an experience to help them grow spiritually, mentally, socially and physically in a fun-filled and safe place of adventure and challenge.

Located on 1200 acres of pristine Muskoka waterfront, at Pioneer your child can expect adventures and opportunities to be challenged all under the watchful eyes of caring staff that are carefully chosen, trained and supervised. Pioneer Camp also provides high scale activities including kayaking, windsurfing, mountain biking, high ropes, horseback riding and many more!

Genesis (Ages 14-17)

A weeklong co-ed program designed to take you out of your comfort zone and into the wilderness as God created it.  The small group setting of Genesis creates a more intense program that puts a focus on community and teamwork.  Campers will have the opportunity to go mountain biking, white water rafting, rock climbing, rappelling, and horseback riding throughout the week.

Crew 252 (Ages 14-17)

This unique week-long or two week-long co-ed program that combines working at camp ( prepare food, clean, and maintain the grounds) with lots of opportunity to get out and play (rock climbing, high ropes swimming, and biking).   Campers get the opportunity to grow in leadership from an experiential standpoint and while doing so, collecting credits that count towards the OSSD’s required 40 hours of mandatory community service.

Woodlands Challenge (Ages 15-17)

Woodlands is not your average camp experience!!  These four weeks will challenge you physically, build lasting friendships and learn more about God amidst his creations.  This camp includes our longest canoe trips, so get ready to be immersed in the wilderness sleeping under the stars and cooking over a fire!  Experienced tripping leaders will teach you the skills and techniques necessary for safe travel through the rugged wilderness as well as good stewardship of creation. Woodland Challenge also includes small 3 day trips, adventure activities, and of course the famous Eco-Challenge where small teams compete in a full day Adventure Race!

LIT (Ages 16-17)

The Leaders in Training (LIT) is a 4-week program that offers one of the most unique youth and transformational leadership development programs in Ontario.   LIT campers will grow in their skills as a leader through mentoring, small group learning and a canoe trip where campers practice leadership skills with their peers.  It’s dual focus on instructional and participation based leadership activities have helped developed passionate and competent young Christian leaders for almost 60 years

Fuel (Ages 14-17)

Fuel up for the high school year ahead with this camp that takes place the last week of summer!  We have a jam packed program, an incredible band, and a guest speaker. Each day the FUEL program team will make this experience one to truly remember with bigger surprises, tons of activities, amazing food, and of course a legendary FUEL theme.  FUEL continues to be one of our favourite weeks of the summer as it is geared towards high school students and provides an unique opportunity for them to ask relevant questions about themselves and God’s love for them.
