Festival 0f Hawks – See migrating hawks with Holiday Beach Migration Observatory’s experts on the tower. Hold and release a hawk or songbird at the HBMO adopt-a-hawk program throughout the day. Fall Fair – Fun for the whole family will be had at the fair this weekend with an ATV, Miniature Horse Show, midway, Parade, Dairy Show, Light Horse Show, Children’s Entertainment , Heavy Horse and Beef Show, Barrel Racing and Demolition Derby.
Fall Fair – Fun at the fair includes: a Parade , Livestock, midway, farmer olympics, demolition derby, heavy horses, exhibits, tractor & truck pull and many more events for the whole family.
Fall Fest – Plan on attending the 18th Fall Fest at Mountain Drive Park (Concession and Upper Gage) for a great day of activities for the whole family. This FREE family event will have LIVE MUSIC, craft vendors and food along with community displays and presentations. Come to participate in activities, contests and games for the whole family. The BIA will also be conducting a food drive for Neighbour to Neighbour Food Bank. Bring a non-perishable food donation and receive a free cob of corn (plain or buttered).
Hike Haliburton Festival – Hikes on public and private land trails led by knowledgeable and engaging guides. There are new hikes & festival favourites that explore the natural & cultural heritage of the Haliburton Highlands. There are contests with great prize and great places to stay and eat all while you enjoy the amazing fall colours.
Carrot Fest – Join us as we celebrate Everdale’s 16th anniversary growing farmers, food and community. Enjoy the music of The Funky Mamas, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm, pick your own carrots, have fun with the kids activities and harvest games, enjoy some delicious food and of course there will be the World’s largest carrot cake.
Fall Fair – Annual Fall Fair with horse pulls and rides to please all. The fair has been a favourite with families and people just getting in touch with the agricultural side of Muskoka.
Lindsay Exhibition (LEX) – The LEX is 5 day fall fair and exhibition full of entertainment, concerts, midway rides, demolition derby, truck & tract pull, and agricultural competitions and displays.
Fall Fair – Fall fair fun includes: Livestock Shows, Heavy Horse Show, Teen/Adult Dance, Log Sawing, Soap Box Derby, Agricultural & Homecraft Exhibits, Arm Wrestling, Texting Competition, midway and more.
Turkey Fair – The free day of fun includes a quilt show, antique car show, craft sale, horse and wagon rides, silent auction, live entertainment and several prize draws. The fair abounds with free activities for children such as a petting zoo, pony rides, games, carnival rides, crafts, a reptile show and more. Youths and adults also have the remarkable opportunity to race authentic St. Lawrence River Skiffs in Lyndhurst Creek. The proceeds from the Turkey Fair are given back to local charities and communities.

Monarch Migration Festival – Come out to Rondeau and join us for the day to send off our Monarch Butterflies as they migrate down to Mexico for the winter season! Activities include Monarch Tagging demonstrations, guided hikes, native plant sale and local artisan fair among much more!
Stick around for lunch as the Friends of Rondeau will be BBQing up a storm from 11-2:30pm!
Fall Fair @ Upper Canada Village – Come out for the annual reenactment of a traditional 1860 fair complete with livestock, best of things made and grown at Upper Canada Village, gricultural and dairy products, vegetables, flowers, handiwork and fine art .
Buskerfestival – Outdoor buskers and stage performers including juggling, magic, puppetry, music, comedy, theatre, face painting, balloon twists, caricatures, clowning, dance, music and circus stunts. Free admission.
Richmond Fair – The Fair promotes agricultural awareness within the City of Ottawa, a city with the largest agricultural land base and agricultural economy in Canada. In addition there will be a demolition derby, live music shows, aerial shows, rock climbing, reptile shows, BMX bike shows, etc. provide a vast array of entertaining events for the whole family.
International Animation Festival – The Ottawa International Animation Festival (OIAF) is the largest event of its kind in North America, a major film event attracting attendees from around the world. Film buffs, art lovers and cartoon fans won’t want to miss this year’s great line up of screenings.
Fall Fair – Our theme this year is Magic, Memories and Music. We hope to provide you with lots of music, magic shows and new this year a Classic Car show and activities to give you a walk down memory lane. Applefest – There’s something “a-peeling” for everyone at Applefest. A fantastic festival highlighting apples, pies, crafts, artisans, live entertainment, kids’ rides and much more.

Pioneer Harvest Festival @ Black Creek Pioneer Village – This Mennonite and Pennsylvia-German festival is full of delicious foods such as home made pies, cheese curds, sausages, apple butter, hand-made ice cream and more. Don’t miss the fast-paced, one of a kind quilt auction! There will also be wagon rides, kid’s activities, music and livestock programs.
Windfest – Kites, kites and more kites. Windfest is Toronto’s largest kite festival. From expert kite fliers, to kids flying their first kite, there is a space for everyone at WindFest. Kite flying is a fun, safe, creative and multi-cultural activity that anyone can enjoy! We’ll have workshops on how to make kites, and how to fly kites too!
Word on the Street – Canada’s Largest One-Day Book and Magazine Festival And it’s FREE! There will be lots of family-fun activities at the festival. KidStreet is a special area of the park devoted to families, and offers exciting children’s programming all day in the TVO Kids Stage, the TD Children’s Literature Tent and the Children’s Activity Tent.
